The Living Well with Dementia Service has created short programmes for people living with dementia and their families. The aim of the groups is provide education and practical advice to support you during your dementia. The groups also provide an opportunity to meet other people who have been diagnosed with dementia which we have found through feedback to be one of the most important aspects. Each group is run differently and the nurse specialist and occupational therapist will assess to ensure you avail of the most appropriate group.

A good way to start is by attending the post diagnosis memory group which is a 4 week programme for you and a family member or friend.
