We provide a single point of contact where you can access information and practical advice about living with a diagnosis of dementia. Located in the Memory Technology Library on the Grounds of South Tipperary General Hospital our dementia nurse specialists can advise you about dementia and the types of supports available that are right for you and how you can access them. Depending on your preference we provide advice by telephone, online or in person either in the Memory Technology Library or your own home.

- To provide information and practical advice that supports people diagnosed with dementia live as well and as independently as possible for as long as possible.
- To help improve quality of life for people with dementia and their families, by providing high quality, flexible support, suited to their needs
