The Memory Technology Library has a wide range of assistive technologies on demonstration.
The Living Well with Dementia Service has created short programmes for people living with dementia and their family.
An important aspect of our service is supporting people to remain as independent as they can at home for as long as possible.
People with a diagnosis of dementia can access the Living Well with Dementia services with a referral from the memory clinic, your GP or a primary care team member can be sent to our postal address.
